Thanks to a voucher from my daughter, we were in this pleasant western restaurant. The staff is cool and very friendly. We had an 850gr. T-bone steak, which is grilled at 860 degrees. The good piece was presented at the table before grilling. We then basically knew everything. The result is, of course, the taste explosion. The desired degree of cooking was achieved perfectly. So definitely repetition potential. 🥩 👍🏼

As always, a great experience, perfect service, excellent food and a nice ambience. A TOP host and rightly Thuringian restaurateur of the year.

The food was very good, the staff is child-friendly and courteous and when asked about allergens, there was chef treatment. 😊 As far as I can remember, all sauces are bound gluten-free with corn starch! We would love to come back! 🙂

We were here for the wedding anniversary and I have to say best decision 🤗. The ambience was great, the food was very, very, very good. I have never eaten this good before. The meat is a dream. We were personally advised about the meat by the chef. Great advice👨‍🍳. Got a great card for the wedding anniversary plus a small bottle of sparkling wine. All in all, it was a very successful evening. People, I can only recommend this restaurant. If you don't eat here, you've missed something or it's your own fault

Oh god, how delicious. We were passing through and although shortly before closing we got a great meal. Not even the children muttered. The selection was great, from home cooking to exotic foods. E.g. crocodile. And the whiskey and gin selection is divine. Great, we'll be back.

Fantastic quality, nice service, very pleasant atmosphere and perfect transparency. Where else will you be shown your steak at the table before it is prepared? One of the best rib eye steak I've ever had. Visited for the second time today, but definitely not the last.

A real revelation and definitely worth the journey from Suhl. Those who like steak will love the lasso! Very attentive staff and perfect meat advice. I am sure to be a repeat offender.

Friendly service and helpfulness are very important here. The online reservation was completely unproblematic. Steaks are not just served, but explained to the guest, shown and made tasty. And that even before the preparation. So there are no nasty surprises and you have confidence in the kitchen, which is never disappointed. The lasso is highly recommended. The expectations regarding a steak that left nothing to be desired were unfortunately not met. The dry-aged steak wasn't hung enough and unfortunately it tasted pretty flat. It's a shame, we expected more. Price-performance ratio was therefore not suitable.

The lasso is always a good choice. Especially in times when low food and meat prices are discussed, this location stands out pleasantly. Both the spatial atmosphere and the individual service are appealing and sophisticated. But the range of dishes in particular is unique in this area. Despite the high prices, the choice of meat in this quality is a very special experience. You like to enjoy the unusual and look forward to the next time with a conscious distance .....

With great pleasure again, we have already been there 3 times and were always very well served. The food is tasty and fresh. The atmosphere is both the cozy beer garden and the restaurant to feel good. The toilets are clean and pleasant. You can already see the attention to detail in the parking lot.

Everything is just right in this restaurant. The service is perfect, the menu promising, there is a very wide range from classic pork and beef to ostrich and crocodile and the food is plentiful and delicious. Of course you can also have a drink here.

After many years we were here again with very good friends for dinner. Nice at the entrance we were very friendly with mulled wine received. Even inside it was, despite the event, very pleasant. The service is very friendly and has taken time to explain the different types of meat. We chose Filet and Strauß. Everything was delicious. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. But at the weekend you should book better before. Thank you for the lovely evening.

You have to have done great food once. Top restaurant top maintained super clean is not commonplace and the food wow it all not in a city for 10 stars
